Arts & Mind

This project uses art as a means of helping young people in a non-clinical environment, to maintain a healthy wellbeing. It is a safe and nurturing environment which promotes positive mental health and recovery!

Experienced artists deliver workshops to encourage the participants to express themselves and build self-esteem as well as strengthening social bonds by bringing together people with shared experiences of mental health issues in a fun and creative environment.

Classes take place every Thursday from 4pm – 6pm, are completely free, and all materials and refreshments are provided.
