Karen Patton Orr – CEO

Karen is a co-founder of RIG Arts and a graduate of Glasgow School of Art and the University of the Arts, Poznan when she was awarded a Polish Government Post Graduate Scholarship. Karen gained a MBA with distinction from Glasgow Caledonian University whilst working for IBM UK Ltd. Karen has combined her visual arts background and business skills to develop RIG Arts. Karen is a practicing artist and currently manages RIG Arts leading its strategic objectives, developing partnerships, HR and overseeing the day-to-day running of the organisation.

Karlyn Fergusson – Fundraising Officer

Karlyn is a graduate of Glasgow University with a MA honours degree in English Literature. As an experienced funding officer Karlyn ensures that RIG Arts diverse funding strategy responding to community need is always implemented to full effect.

Beth Duffy – Admin and Fundraising Assistant

Beth graduated from West College Scotland with a HNC in Fashion Make-Up and has gained experience working in a variety of roles in admin, hospitality and the creative industries. Beth runs the RIG office, takes care of procurement and is currently undertaking her HND  Business Administration.

Morgan Carter – Finance Assistant

Morgan was The Broomhill Project’s resident administrator when she left high school and has continued to work with RIG Arts as a volunteer tutors assistant. Morgan’s current role as a Finance Assistant ensures that RIG Arts financial processes are robust and up to date.

David Blane – Finance & Funding Volunteer

David is a volunteer with RIG Arts and uses his background in finance with Cloch Housing Association to offer accounting and auditing support to RIG Arts.

Jack Miller – Marketing and Communications Officer

Jack is a seasoned professional in the realm of marketing and communications, currently serving as the Marketing and Communications Officer at RIG Arts. With a distinguished background, Jack recently accomplished a Marketing Apprenticeship, achieving a Level 6 Diploma in Digital Marketing. Specializing in social media management and search engine optimization, Jack brings a wealth of expertise to drive strategic initiatives and enhance RIG Arts’ digital presence. His commitment to excellence and proficiency in navigating the dynamic landscape of digital marketing make him a valuable asset to the team.
